Privacy Protocol

This Privacy Protocol ("Protocol") describes how Lumen Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles terminal data and executive information when you engage with the Zion strategic platform.

1. Extraction & Collection

We extract specific data points required for strategic synthesis:

  • Identity: Name, professional email, and contact preferences.
  • Entity Context: Business name, URL, industry, and revenue velocity.
  • Strategic Context: Scaling goals, operational bottlenecks, and custom focus areas.

2. Data Utilization

Extracted data is used exclusively for:

  • Generating your custom Zion Blueprint.
  • Direct communication regarding strategic deployment.
  • Refining our internal logic engine for industrial accuracy.

3. Signal Security

All data transmissions are encrypted via SSL/TLS. Your industrial context is stored within secure persistence hubs with limited executive access. We do not sell your context to third-party data harvesters.

4. Retention Sequence

Context blueprints are retained for the duration of our strategic partnership. You may request a manual purge of your persistence ID at any time by contacting the secure uplink.
